Carl directs the team of engineers and designers responsible for the net>HIRE™ online self-assessment and diagnostic solutions and related ASP-based delivery services. With over 25 years of senior-level corporate and consulting experience in the technology sector, Carl has provided consulting services to firms across many industries, including publishing, banking, manufacturing, transportation and nonprofit organizations. He has spoken to audiences in over 20 countries on the effective utilization of advanced technologies. Having been quoted in the press, and in books, Carl has also been featured in articles and TV programs. As a writer and researcher, he has extensive involvement in multi-national syndicated research projects. Most recently, Carl headed Medius Communications Inc., a high-tech firm involved in the design, development and implementation of major Internet-based software solutions, including solutions for law firms and several professional associations. Carl holds a B. Math degree from the University of Waterloo, with a dual major in Business and Statistics.
