  As a senior consultant with crawfordconnect, Linda is responsible for executive search, interim management and organizational development work.
   
  Linda has over 25 years of experience in the fields of education, workplace learning and performance and nonprofit management. She was a senior manager with The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario and has provided consulting services to organizations including The Easter Seal Society of Canada, Seneca College, The Social Planning Council of Toronto and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Canada.
 
A respected professional and an effective communicator, Linda motivates and supports individuals, teams and organizations through change and development.
 
As a volunteer, Linda has served on various committees including the Ryerson Polytechnic University advisory committee for the National Voluntary Sector Management Certificate Program and the human resource steering committee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Toronto. As well, she has provided fundraising and marketing expertise to the national organization, Leave Out Violence.
 
Linda received her BA from McGill University and her Bachelor of Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto. As well, she completed the Voluntary Sector Management Program at Toronto's York University and is a certified True Colors™ and Personality Dimensions® trainer. She has also served as a faculty member of the Social Planning Council of Toronto Training Institute and is currently the organizational consultant for the Canadian FundRaiser, NonProfit Management Information Services.
