	Jill Palmer provides search services and consulting on organizational development to crawfordconnect. She has spent more than 20 years in the philanthropic sector. Jill has held progressively more responsible positions at organizations that include Leah Posluns Theatre, Toronto Dance Theatre, Canadian Centre for Philanthropy/Imagine, Ontario Lung Association, Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation and Sheena’s Place. She has served as a consultant to Sun Life Financial, Stephen Thomas, Speech Foundation of Ontario, Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, Schizophrenia Society of Ontario and YWCA Toronto. Jill’s career has encompassed marketing communications, advocacy, management and all areas of fund development. She is a designated Certified Fund Raising Executive (CRFE). Jill has dedicated her career to helping organizations seize the day - putting strategies and resources in place so that they can effectively achieve their objectives. As a dedicated volunteer, Jill is active in the Association of Fundraising Professionals Toronto Chapter Congress Committee, the Planned Giving Advisory Group of the YWCA Toronto, the Fundraising Committee of the Duke of Edinburgh Awards and the Competitive Race Committee at Caledon Ski Club. She is volunteer manager of her sons’ snowboarding team and serves in various roles at Montcrest School.
